1. Right of Withdrawal

According to Greek and European legislation, you have the right to return any product within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, without any charge and without having to give a reason.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging. Bloomie reserves the right to refuse the return if the product shows signs of use, wear or has had the tag removed.

3. Exceptions – Products on Offer

Products purchased on sale or at a reduced price are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check your order carefully before completing it.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bloomie.gr with your order number and reason for return. Our team will send you instructions on how to ship the product back to us. Return shipping costs are covered by Bloomie.

5. Product Change

If you wish to change a product (e.g. size, color), please contact us at info@bloomie.gr within 30 days of receipt. The change is made based on availability. In case the desired product is not available, you can choose another product of equal value or proceed with a refund. Changes do not apply to products purchased on sale.

6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order for free, as long as it has not been shipped yet. To cancel, please email us at info@bloomie.gr with your order number. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure.

7. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be made within 14 business days using the same payment method you used during purchase.

8. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@bloomie.gr . We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you. This also applies to products purchased on sale.
